Charlie Brown
From BCDS
Charlie Brown is a rescue dog. He was removed from his home at 18 months of age and placed in kennels. He’d had no training and had become known for biting people with little or no notice! Ron and Maggie Gallop, his present owners, were asked to train him prior to re-homing. Following this, he tried two new homes but returned from each fairly quickly having blotted his copybook each time! To save him from being put down, he was adopted. However, Charlie is a quick learner. Within three months he gained his Kennel Club Good Citizen’s bronze award. Within the year he romped through his Good Citizen’s Gold and is now a genuinely Good Citizen and a model pet! His first appearance at National Trials has seen him achieve Bronze Carriage Dog Award, and the Tanstar Trophy for Best Rescue Dog.
